Shop Pay Installments: Split your purchase into flexible installments at checkout (if eligible)

Order Processing

Authorization Hold: When you place an order, an authorization hold may be placed on your payment method to reserve the funds. This hold is not a charge — it simply confirms that funds are available for your order.

Payment Capture: Payment is captured only at the time of shipment. No charge is processed to your payment method until your order ships.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your order and payment method.

Payment Security

Secure Checkout: Our checkout is protected with SSL encryption to ensure your personal and payment data is safe.

Fraud Prevention: We use advanced tools and protocols to monitor and prevent fraudulent transactions.

PCI Compliance: Our payment processing meets PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers — that information is handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment processors.

Payment Authorization and Modifications

By submitting your order, you authorize Flight Sim Foundry to charge your selected payment method for the full amount at the time of shipment, including applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges.

Once your order is placed, we cannot modify your payment details. If you need help with payment issues, please contact our Customer Support team.

Payment Confirmation

After your payment is captured at shipment, you’ll receive a Payment Confirmation Email confirming that the transaction was completed.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.

Order Cancellation Summary

Orders can be canceled before they have shipped
If payment has not yet been captured: no cancellation fee
If payment has been captured but the order has not yet shipped: a 5% cancellation fee applies
If the order has already shipped: cancellation is no longer possible — see our Return Policy

Backorders

We do not accept backorders. If an item is out of stock at the time you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to wait for restock. No payment is captured until your order is ready to ship.
