Meet the Founder

Flight Sim Foundry was founded by Sean Costello in 2025.

Sean is a lifelong aviation enthusiast and dedicated flight simmer who built Flight Sim Foundry out of frustration with the fragmented state of the flight sim hardware market — too many gray-market sellers, too little expert support, and almost no one offering serious help for builders putting together multi-engine and complex home cockpit setups. He started this store to be the kind of retailer he wished existed when he was building his own rig: knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping customers fly the way they’ve always wanted to fly.

Today, we remain online-only by design.
