Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. If you need help selecting the right flight sim hardware for your setup, give us a call or chat with us during business hours and we’ll guide you through it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Affirm financing. See our Payment Policy for full details.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer Shop Pay Installments at checkout, which lets you split eligible purchases into 4 interest-free payments or longer monthly installments — with no hidden fees, no late fees, and a soft credit check that doesn’t impact your credit score. Can I use a coupon code?

When will my card be charged?

Payment is captured only at the time of shipment. Prior to shipment, an authorization hold may be placed on your payment method to reserve the funds, but no actual charge is processed until your order ships.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after placing your order. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 2–7 business days for shipping.

Do you ship outside the lower 48 states?

We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, international destinations, military addresses (APO/FPO), or PO Boxes.

If you live outside our standard shipping zones, you can email us at sales@flightsimfoundry.com to request a custom shipping quote. We’ll check with our supplier to see if delivery is possible.

Will my flight sim hardware be delivered inside my home?

No — all deliveries are curbside only. Carriers will not bring items into your home, garage, or interior rooms. Please arrange for assistance if needed, especially for larger items like full throttle quadrants, yoke systems, or cockpit panels.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 1–2 business days of placing your order.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Take photos of the damage immediately and either refuse the shipment or note the damage on the Bill of Lading. Email us at sales@flightsimfoundry.com within 24 hours of delivery with your photos and order details.

Do you accept backorders?

No. If an item is out of stock at the time you place an order, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund or the option to wait for restock. Payment is only captured once your order is ready to ship.

What types of products do you sell?

Flight Sim Foundry specializes in professional and prosumer flight simulation hardware for serious simmers and home cockpit builders. Our catalog includes multi-engine throttle quadrants, yoke systems, rudder pedals, instrument panels, and complementary flight sim hardware designed for realistic, immersive home cockpit setups.

What flight simulators are your products compatible with?

Our hardware is compatible with all major flight simulation platforms, including Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020 and 2024), X-Plane 11 and 12, Prepar3D, and DCS World. Most products connect via USB and are recognized as standard HID devices, making setup plug-and-play on Windows. Specific button bindings and axis mapping may vary by sim — product pages list verified compatibility for each item.

Do your throttle quadrants support multi-engine aircraft?

Yes — multi-engine support is our specialty. Our pro throttle quadrants feature independent throttle, propeller, and mixture levers configured for piston twins, as well as dedicated jet and turboprop quadrants with reverse thrust detents and condition levers. Each axis is independently mapped so you can fly twins, four-engine heavies, and complex turboprops with realistic control.

Are your products compatible with Mac or Linux?

Our hardware is primarily designed for Windows, which is the dominant platform for serious flight simulation. Some products work with X-Plane on macOS and Linux as standard USB HID devices, but full compatibility — including any companion software — is only guaranteed on Windows. If you have a specific Mac or Linux setup question, email us before ordering and we’ll confirm compatibility.

Warranty and Returns

What warranty comes with my product?

All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Most products carry a manufacturer warranty of 1 to 2 years, though specific coverage varies by brand and product. See our Warranty Policy or contact us for brand-specific details.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. A 30% restocking fee applies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement after we process the refund. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. If payment hasn’t been captured: no fee. If payment has been captured but the order hasn’t shipped: a 5% cancellation fee applies. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@flightsimfoundry.com or (656) 333-8005 and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Pricing and Deals

Do you price match?

Yes. If you find the same product for less at an authorized online dealer prior to purchase, we’ll verify it and match the price. Price match requests must be submitted and approved before you place your order. See our Price Match Policy for details.

Do you offer discounts for veterans or first responders?

Yes. We offer special discounts for veterans, active military, and first responders — including police, firefighters, and EMS personnel. Email a photo of your valid ID to sales@flightsimfoundry.com and we’ll send you a custom coupon.
